Responsibilities

• Owning end-to-end recruitment process from kick off through offer acceptance, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, feedback collection, and offer management.
• Building and maintaining partnerships with engineering leaders, hiring managers, and cross-functional stakeholders.

• Possess over five years of comprehensive technical recruiting experience, specializing in programming languages, software development practices, and engineering roles reputed company full-cycle recruitment processes.

• Have hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems (reputed company) and modern recruitment tools (HireEZ, Paradox, RoleMapper), with data-driven approach leveraging analytics and metrics for strategic decision-making.

Salary Range or On reputed company Earnings: Minimum: $76,800.00 Maximum: $186,200.00 In addition to the reputed company salary and/or OTE listed reputed company has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; reputed company salary, bonus and equity value.
