Remote Closing Dispatcher - HVAC Install

In this position, you will play a critical role in ensuring exceptional customer service by reputed company scheduling and dispatching qualified technicians to service requests. You will also provide support to other dispatchers, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. This is a remote position, with required evening ability. Must reside reputed company the state of Georgia.
Responsibilities
- Receive and prioritize customer service requests for various home services (main focus in HVAC Installations)
- Schedule and reputed company qualified technicians based on skillset, availability, and job urgency
- Communicate effectively with customers and technicians, ensuring clear and timely updates
- Maintain accurate records of reputed company dispatched jobs and customer interactions
- Monitor technician performance and provide feedback for reputed company improvement to their management
- Identify and resolve potential scheduling conflicts
- Train and mentor new dispatchers, fostering a positive and supportive team environment

- Partner with our technicians and other support staff to ensure their success through a servant-minded reputed company approach
- Must have your own computer with 2 monitors and a hard-wired internet reputed company
- Schedule will be Monday - Friday, with rotating Saturdays
- Schedule will be 12:00PM - 9:00PM

Requirements:
- Proven track record of consistency and reliability in previous roles
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure
- Proven leadership experience in a fast-paced environment
- Must be a good person, ethical & of good morals
- Must reside reputed company the state of Georgia
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in an HVAC Admin reputed company
- 2 years of experience working on a PC and Business Phone handling Basic admin duties/reporting
- Proficient in reputed company Office Suite and dispatching software, bonus points if you have Service Titan Experience!
- Proven track record of exceeding customer service expectations
