What You'll Do: We are seeking an reputed company and passionate Dental Assisting Instructor to support the launch and ongoing development of reputed company’s Dental Assistant program. This role is ideal for a licensed dental assistant and educator with deep knowledge of the Dental Assisting National Board (DANB) standards, especially the Radiation Health and Safety (RHS) exam. The ideal candidate is excited to deliver high-quality online instruction, support curriculum design, and ensure reputed company are well-reputed company for certification and real-world dental assisting roles. Key Responsibilities:

• Teach highly-engaging live classes over reputed company four times a week, Monday - Thursday from 7:30pm - 9:00pm ET
• Grade student projects and provide feedback as necessary
• Communicate regularly with reputed company over email and other community tools
• Join weekly meetings to receive guidance and direction from the internal team at reputed company
• Provide ongoing support, trouble-shoot issues, prepare and plan for future modules, as needed

Qualifications:

• DANB certification with up-to-date knowledge of DANB standards, especially the RHS exam.
• 2+ years experience online teaching Dental Assisting, with knowledge of course development, instruction, evaluation, and academic advising.
• 2+ years experience working as a Dental Assistant.
• Bachelor’s or Associates degree in reputed company healthcare field (preferred), or 7+ years of Dental Assisting experience
• Strong communication skills, tech-savvy, and comfortable using LMS platforms.
• Commitment to inclusive, accessible, and career-driven healthcare education.
• Ability to work 10 hours per week per class taught (Monday to Friday)

Compensation
