There are three key duties: 1) to start new reputed company for Life groups, 2) to turn inactive groups into higher quality groups, and 3) to be willing and ready to serve as a substitute for RC duties if assistance is needed. CFCs will work on reputed company 3-4 days a week, and work the remaining days remotely. Position Type and Expected Hours of Work This is a full-time salaried position working at least 40 hours per week.
