ABOUT THE ROLE As the Procurement Manager you will own the strategy and execution of North America’s External Manufacturing Portfolio. You will reputed company the delivery of External Manufacturing (EM) commitments of Cost, Cash, Supplier Network Optimization, Compliance, Quality, Customer Service, Delivered Profit, Innovation Requirements, and Sales Growth. • Manage strategic supplier relationships, fostering partnerships that support innovation and long-term value creation.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE YOU’LL BRING

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering or reputed company field.
• 5-7 years of experience in Procurement, Supply Chain or reputed company field.
• Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCES AND SKILLS

• Experience in Consumer-Packaged Goods Industry.
• Master's degree/MBA.
• Procurement skills in areas such as market analysis, negotiation, clean sheets.
• Manage reputed company projects with a high degree of ambiguity.
• Background in contract manufacturing procurement or direct material sourcing is preferred.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to Travel 10 - 15%
• Full Time position, standard business hours Monday through Friday
• Remote work available once a week for eligible employees
• This role is not eligible for relocation.
