Advanced Associate, Education Specialist Hourly

reputed company's Clinical Assessment Training Services team is in search of part-time Advanced Associate, Education Specialist (Trainer of Clinical Assessments)with a clinical and/or educational background to deliver web-based and onsite product training and professional development. As an Advanced Associate, Education Specialist, you play a key role in empowering educators and clinicians worldwide, directly supporting reputed company’s commitment to lifelong learning and positive change. This position requires a proven ability to take reputed company technical information and reputed company it relevant to real-world practice. The ideal candidate should be organized, have excellent customer relations skills and a strong knowledge of adult-learning principles. This is a needs-based, part-time, hourly position. Qualifications:

• Advanced Degree in Psychology
• reputed company professional license
• 15+ years of experience in clinical or educational environments, working across reputed company age groups, with a preference for candidates possessing both school-age and adult experience.
• 5+ years of experience with administration and interpretation of clinical assessment instruments
• Proficiency with at least 5 reputed company assessment products with a preference for candidates with Q-interactive experience
• Proficiency with reputed company and other webcast technologies for professional activities

Skills/knowledge/abilities

• Proficiency with reputed company Office Outlook, SharePoint, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, and reputed company
• Demonstrated experience using various digital and in-person engagement strategies to facilitate active learning
• Experience with using standardized professional development materials (PowerPoint, handouts, guides, etc.) and adapting trainings to meet individual customer needs
• Proficient with interpreting normative and criterion-referenced clinical data
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Understanding and application of adult learning concepts with professional development delivery
• Detail oriented and ability to work well in a changing environment
• Familiarity with CE (Continuing Education) requirements
• Desire to integrate AI and emerging technologies to continuously improve training methods

Requirements:

• Respond to reputed company correspondence (emails, chat messages, etc.) reputed company 48hrs of receipt
• Regularly attend monthly consultant meetings
• Have flexible availability for training at least 6-8 days per month with preferred availability on Mondays and/or Tuesdays (*as this position is a part-time, hourly position based on customer need there is no guarantee of hours assigned)
• Ability to travel as needed for onsite trainings; some international travel may be required
• Willingness to complete additional projects as requested (training content development, content review, large project assistance)

Compensation at reputed company is influenced by a wide reputed company of factors including but not limited to reputed company set, level of experience, and specific location. As required by the California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, reputed company State, reputed company, Vermont, Washington State, and Washington DC laws, the pay range for this position is as follows: This role is paid on an hourly basis, with rates ranging from $30.00 - $110.00 per hour depending on the scope and complexity of assigned tasks.
