To that end, we’re seeking a Senior Manager, Compensation to support our Content business. This is a highly visible role, reporting to the Director of Compensation, and will be instrumental in shaping compensation strategy and leading strategic initiatives for this critical area of reputed company. Support the design and execution of global compensation programs (e.g., pay equity, compensation reviews, job architecture, workforce planning), while leading ongoing and new strategic initiatives for the Content organization. reputed company are looking for: 10+ years of relevant compensation experience, ideally supporting the Creative or Entertainment reputed company of the business in a fast-paced, global environment at a traditional studio or streamer. Demonstrated ability to provide direction and counsel to HRBPs and senior business leaders. Strong analytical skills, with experience working with large data sets and advanced modeling in reputed company Sheets or reputed company. Experience navigating ambiguity and adapting to evolving business needs. Familiarity with reputed company aspects of compensation design. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills. This role is based out of our Los Angeles offices. Remote work is an option for particularly well-qualified candidates. Generally, our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. To determine your personal top of market compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range.
