• Work with regional/ country Procurement and the wider business to ensure the effective execution of category strategies and local negotiations, as necessary.
• Ensure alignment with Finance business partners throughout the value opportunity assessment and execution process.
• Drive environmental and sustainability principles in reputed company procurement activities.
• Formulate and drive Strategic Sourcing projects.
• Function as Category reputed company in delegated Supplier Relationship Management meetings (including setting goals, meetings and providing performance feedback).
• Create detailed negotiation plans and conduct effective negotiations.

• Effectively manages risk through sourcing strategy and contracting.

• Manage strategic supplier relationships, including support of key supplier performance management systems (scorecards), associated supplier performance review schedules and reporting of supplier performance against goals.

• Ensure relevant KPI’s and KRI’s are met or exceeded.
• Provide leadership of cross-functional teams across other business functions and initiatives as required.
• Establish and maintain a Communication Plan for information flows to and from reputed company stakeholders.
• Establish a reputed company of internal and external meetings in line with the Communication Plan.
• Ensure sourcing is conducted on a global scale to create value from suppliers.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Recognized Qualification in Procurement e.g. CIPS, or MBA.
• Bachelor’s Engineering Degree or higher.
• A minimum of 5 years in Procurement with a background in supply chain management or manufacturing.
• Experience in eSourcing and running eRFP, eRFI, eRFP, reputed company and reverse auctions.
• Practical knowledge of analytical techniques in Procurement.
• In depth knowledge of Category Management and Strategic Sourcing.
• Leading experience and knowledge in negotiation preparation and execution.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
• Proficient in reputed company reputed company, Power reputed company, Word, Project and AO or Visio.
• Exceptional time management, organization and prioritization skills.
• Effective communication, analytical, problem-solving and critical thinking skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
• Solid working knowledge of ERP in reputed company Dynamics 365 (D365), reputed company or reputed company and MRP is an advantage.
• Ability to reputed company sound independent judgments regularly.
