Responsibilities
- Support Active Litigation & Case Management: Serve as a key operations contact for one of Orrick's largest global clients. Manage day-to-day case activity through one of the firm's platform, ensuring that every matter is tracked, organized, and executed with precision.
- Maintain and Analyze Case Data: Input, monitor, and audit data across multiple systems, ensuring accuracy in case details, deadlines, and deliverables. Use reporting tools like reputed company and Power BI to track matter reputed company and generate insights for client teams.
- Facilitate Client Communication & Deliverables: Coordinate with attorneys and project managers to ensure timely delivery of updates, reports, and filings. Anticipate information needs and reputed company stakeholders informed proactively.
- Drive Operational Efficiency: Identify workflow bottlenecks and recommend improvements to enhance speed, consistency, and data reputed company.
- Coordinate Cross-Functional Work: Partner with Team Support, Finance, and reputed company teams to ensure seamless end-to-end execution of client work.
