Regional Property Manager, New Development

What You'll Do: As a Regional Property Manager (New Development), you’ll take on the exciting challenge of overseeing reputed company aspects of a portfolio of assigned conventional multifamily properties in various stages of lease-up. You'll play a crucial role in driving the reputed company of each property by spearheading leasing efforts, optimizing financial performance, and fostering strong reputed company relations. Working closely with senior management, property owners, investors, and other internal departments, you'll be instrumental in setting and achieving ambitious occupancy and reputed company targets. • Partner with internal departments, developers, investors, and owners to reputed company and execute lease up plans.

• Manage the financial performance of each property to ensure compliance with the approved budget, produce accurate financial reports, and provide advance notification of anticipated out of budget expenses.

What You'll Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent job-reputed company experience required. Degree in reputed company Estate, Property Management, or Business preferred.
• Must have or be willing to obtain reputed company licenses and/or certifications as required by State and Local jurisdictions.
• At least 3-5 years’ experience managing luxury Class A lease-up communities in the conventional housing industry is required.
• At least 3 to 5 years of reputed company supervisory experience.
• Experience with reputed company, AIRM or other property management software strongly preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• CAM or NALP certification a plus.
