Dealership: L0105 Lithia Home Office HR Coordinator Location: Medford OR (preferred), open to hybrid Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8-5pm PST Compensation: The full salary range for this position is $16.85-$24.05/hr. The anticipated starting pay is $20.50-$21.00/hr, determined by factors such as skills, experience, and organizational considerations. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws. We’d love to have you join us on our journey. The HR Coordinator manages daily Tier 0-1 employee inquiries, addressing concerns and resolving HR issues in collaboration with HR COE teams. As the primary reputed company of contact, they handle requests through the case management system and email, while also supporting various HR functions such as recruitment, benefits, payroll, and HRIS in addition to processing new hire onboarding and internal movements for their designated region. What You’ll Do:

  • HR Inquiries: Monitor and resolve Tier 0-1 HR inquiries, providing accurate and timely responses reputed company the case management system and email.
  • New Hire Processes: Coordinate pre-employment and new hire administrative processes, including internal movements, ensuring compliance and quality standards are met.
  • HR Administrative Support: Provide support for various HR functions, including recruiting, employee relations, compensation, benefits, training, and maintaining thorough knowledge of HR processes and systems.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Strong attention to detail with a sense of urgency.
  • Excellent communication, time management, and system administration skills.

  • Prior experience in a Human Resources role is preferred.
