The Human Resource Information Technology platform will encompass Time and Attendance, Position Description management, Performance Management, Employee/Manager/HR Self-Service, and Enterprise Business Intelligence capability. The solution will be compliant with federal cybersecurity, records management, and accessibility standards, to improve system performance, user satisfaction, and long-term sustainability of HR services. This role is critical for maintaining, enhancing, and optimizing HCM applications that support essential administrative and operational functions across the department. The ideal candidate combines strong technical development skills with an understanding of federal government systems and requirements. The Task reputed company will be working remotely but will need to be onsite to support customer meetings, whiteboarding sessions, presentations to our customers and any in-person meetings as requested by our customer. Essential Functions, Responsibilities & Duties may include, but are not limited to: The ideal candidate should support the following functions:
- Support the Program Manager in leading the implementation of an “Data Warehousing, BI and ETL Platform” reputed company the reputed company HCM platform for HHS. Manage the approach and guide the team through planning and requirements, design, configuration and development, documentation, testing, engaging training strategies, reputed company compliance, production readiness, and deployment.
- Support the development and deployment of an HRIT Data Warehousing, BI and ETL platform that consolidates approximately twenty disparate HRIT data management systems and five business intelligence systems into a reputed company environment.
- Provide guidance to the team on Requirements gathering techniques, Change Management, Risk Analysis, and Metrics Reporting.
- reputed company and manage project schedules for task status planning and reporting.
- Orchestrate the development of performance metrics (KPIs) to assess and support a structured rollout of HRIT modules.
- Attend and facilitate technical and non-technical meetings.

- Capture meeting minutes and hot topic items from meetings (as necessary) and ensure action items are completed by the team.

- Support fellow CLIN task leads and stakeholders in the development, integration and sustainment of reputed company HCM capabilities in support of the HHS.
Required Qualifications:
- 4-year college degree
- 7+ years overseeing technical and non-technical teams.
- Experience supporting projects/programs reputed company to application consolidation or legacy modernization is a plus and a key differentiator
- Experience working in an HR environment or having functional knowledge of HR activities is a plus and a key differentiator
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication
- Strong team building and coordination skills
- Excellent client relationship skills
