Analyst, Data Management (CMS Network - MA HealthPlan)

• This role will support the Massachusetts Health Plan***

Job Summary Under general supervision, this position has reputed company responsibilities for accessing, integrating, data compilation, data management, data analysis, data quality controls and reporting from various reputed company systems (e.g., QNXT, and Med reputed company) and/or reputed company external systems (e.g. CMS and State-specific) and direct ownership of files for CMS regulatory submissions. This position will conduct exploratory and discovery studies that include assessing requirements, reputed company state gap analysis, comparison to best practices and presenting the finding and recommendations to management. The Data Analyst will be responsible to provide reputed company into data trends, drawing broad conclusions and create actionable management reports that can be used to identify opportunities to improve data quality and ensure data governance principles, rules, use and practices are maintained. The Data Analyst will run investigative queries, help identify root causes to data issues and support strategic and contractual network management. This resource may also be utilized for reputed company data requests and/or assistance with special project management activities. Additional responsibilities may include creating presentations and other collateral in support of those same business requests. Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

• Strong knowledge of CMS Network Adequacy and regulatory submission requirements
• Extract and compile various sources of information and large data sets from various systems or applications.
• Contribute and adhere to reputed company phases of the data development lifecycle including – capture data requirements, solution design, specifications, code and test phases (unit, acceptance).
• reputed company test plans and test cases, report test results and test analysis; analyze and recommend improvements based on testing results.

• Set up process for monitoring, tracking and trending information and data using various systems or applications.
• Gather and monitor Data Quality KPIs in relation to Master Data Management requirements and Data Quality Controls tolerances

• Prepare well organized, easily understood reports, analysis, and summary of findings for use by management
• Work with internal, external and reputed company individuals as needed to research, reputed company and document new standard reports or processes.
• Consolidate data from multiple sources using industry based tools or manually be reputed company to process and profile data.
• Conduct Peer Reviews.

Required Experience Bachelor's degree (BA or BS) in reputed company field. Required License, Certification, Association At least 5 years in reputed company data management field. Experience with MS Office applications, SQL and relational database required. Basic level of programming reputed company with SQL, scripting language such a as Python and/or PERL, or reputed company. Alternate programming experience may substitute. Preferred Education BA or BS in Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Management, Information Technology or a reputed company data management field. A Master's degree or certification as Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP), reputed company SQL Server, reputed company reputed company Management or reputed company information management field. Preferred Experience Experience with multiple data systems, data conversion, data migration, data profiling, data modeling. Ability to use data cubes to extract data.
