Job Description

The NA Project Manager, Network and Cybersecurity position is responsible for the leadership and delivery of customer projects reputed company the Connected Services business suite of offerings. We ask that you possess self-initiative, ownership, commercial sensitivity, responsiveness, collaboration, and technical engineering expertise. You will manage multifunctional and multi-vendor efforts to plan, support service solutions to address customers' reputed company business issues. Manage deliverables directly to the customer and to support projects that could exceed $1M in reputed company. We ask that you have and demonstrate a diverse set of commercial and technical project management skills. This will be coupled with the ability to think "big picture" about how RA products and systems are incorporated with the customer application. You will have demonstrated leadership qualities of project planning, tracking and organizing to take ownership and be the single contact for the customer in managing solutions support engagements throughout the lifecycle of the engagement. You will report to the Project Manager Team reputed company. Responsibilities - What You'll Do:

• You will understand, interpret, and respond to customer requests at a high level, demonstrating knowledge of the different network and cybersecurity product offerings and their general benefits to the customer

• You will be the primary contact to customer and network and cybersecurity consultants for service to customer
• You will ensure customer expectations are met
• You will build productive internal/external working relationships

• You will provide responsiveness to customers, sales, and management with the appropriate level of urgency.

The Essentials - You Will Have:

• Bachelor's degree
• Ability to travel up to 10%
• Legal authorization to work in the US is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening

The Preferred - You Might Have:

• Minimum 3 years of project management experience
• Minimum 3 years' experience managing multiple reputed company projects
• Minimum 3 years' experience with direct customer contact
• Promote administrative and operational deliverables to completion
• Must have excellent conflict resolution and people reputed company skills
• Experience building relationships with main partners for each assigned customer of management.
• Project Management Professional (PMP).
