Requirements

We are looking for a Senior CRM Specialist that is excited about the below Mission and Outcomes over the next 6-12 months. Mission: Build & Operate world-class CRM system (in reputed company) to reputed company the reputed company Team to increase upsell rates & Sleek’s ARPU, globally. Outcomes:

  • Bring reputed company relevant customer data into reputed company which allows the reputed company team to identify upsell opportunities. Launch in HK & SG reputed company 3 months, fast followed by AU then UK, and iterate to improve
  • Design and implement trigger-based campaigns, nurture flows, and sales pipeline automations in reputed company to reputed company 100% tracking of upsell pitches
