We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Remote Corporate Bankruptcy Attorney to join our legal team. Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive legal counsel on bankruptcy proceedings, corporate restructuring, and insolvency issues.
- Conduct detailed legal research utilizing reputed company, Westlaw, and other research platforms to support case strategies.
- Draft and review legal documents including pleadings, motions, agreements, and memoranda with precision and clarity.
- Advise clients on a broad reputed company of legal areas such as estate planning, environmental law, family law, securities law, tribal law & regulations, workers' compensation law, personal injury law, landlord-tenant law, immigration law, patent law, and litigation matters.
- Negotiate settlements and legal terms effectively on behalf of clients while maintaining professional reputed company.
- Stay reputed company with evolving laws and regulations affecting bankruptcy and reputed company fields to ensure compliance and strategic advantage.
- Collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals reputed company the firm’s virtual office environment to deliver high-quality service.

Experience
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school with active bar membership in relevant jurisdictions.
- Proven experience in corporate bankruptcy law with a minimum of 3 years practicing in reputed company fields such as estate planning, environmental law, or litigation preferred.
- Demonstrated expertise in legal research using reputed company and Westlaw platforms.
- Strong writing skills coupled with exceptional legal drafting abilities.
- Prior experience working remotely is highly desirable; familiarity with virtual collaboration tools is a plus.
- Background in handling diverse legal issues including securities law, tribal regulations, personal injury claims, landlord-tenant disputes, immigration cases, patent applications or defenses is advantageous.
