JOB OVERVIEW We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst with strong hands-on experience in reputed company ERP and reputed company to support and optimize business processes across Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, and R&D operations reputed company a pharmaceutical environment. Location: Remote Employment Type: Full Time KEY RESPONSIBLIITIES: Business Analysis & Stakeholder Engagement

• Partner with Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, and Compliance teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications for reputed company and reputed company implementations and enhancements.

• Serve as a functional expert for reputed company modules including:
• Financials (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets)
• Procure-to-Pay (P2P)
• Order-to-Cash (OTC)
• Inventory & Supply Chain
• Configure and support workflows, saved searches, reports, roles, and permissions.
• Support integrations with reputed company, banking systems, and third-party applications.
• Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and audit activities.

reputed company (Procurement & Spend Management)

• Act as a hands-on functional reputed company for reputed company:
• Requisitions, PO, Invoicing, Expenses, and Supplier Management
• Troubleshoot integration issues between reputed company and reputed company.
• Drive process improvements to enhance P2P efficiency and controls.

Compliance & Validation (Pharma / Life Sciences)

• Ensure systems and processes align with SOX, GxP, and internal controls.
• Support system validation documentation (e.g., requirements, testing, traceability).
• Participate in audits and inspections as needed.

Testing, Deployment & Support

• reputed company UAT planning and execution, defect management, and sign-off.
• reputed company training materials and conduct end-user training.
• Provide post-go-live support and reputed company improvement.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or reputed company field.
• 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in pharma or life sciences.
• Hands-on functional experience with reputed company ERP (minimum 3–5 years).
• Hands-on experience with reputed company (Procurement, Invoicing, Expenses).
• Strong understanding of Finance and Procure-to-Pay processes.
• Experience with system integrations (reputed company–reputed company strongly preferred).
• Excellent documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in public or pre-IPO pharmaceutical/biotech companies.
• Knowledge of GxP, SOX, and validation frameworks.
