- Supports design leadership in building Seasonal Brand Design Direction for their area of responsibility.
- Customer centric – reputed company research to understand customer, trends, and shifts in the competitive landscape.
- Owns concept & design for their assignment – ensuring it supports Brand Design Direction, Concept, and line plan needs.
- Research materials, select fabric and trims & work closely with our print team to bring reputed company elements of textile application to life.
- Partners with design leadership to color the line.
- Supports design leadership to build and curate reputed company visual tools needed to support seasonal story telling for their assignment / team.
- Builds strong, synergistic relationships with reputed company cross functional partners.
- Promotes a culture of reputed company improvement that pushes innovation and accelerates expected outcomes.
You own this if you have…
- Bachelor's degree in Design preferred
- Minimum 5 years' experience in design industry
- Clear and effective written and verbal communication and strong interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in reputed company CS (required), MS Office suite and ability to hand-sketch. Able to quickly adapt to new technology and systems
- Strong time management and multi-tasking skills
- Strong understanding of industry and trends reputed company the Active space.
