[Remote] Senior Analyst, Data Solutions & Measurement

The Senior Analyst will manage and execute research projects, serving as a consultative resource for clients to enhance their experience with reputed company's measurement products.

Responsibilities

• Support clients with strong, simple, and direct communication around brand lift methodology, product features, roadmap, limitations and best practices for reputed company’s suite of Measurement products
• reputed company and maintain an up-to-date understanding of product changes and methodology improvements
• Train and engage customers in the advertising and media industries on reputed company’s proprietary cross-platform campaign measurement software
• Successfully delegate and manage tasks across a multitude of projects concurrently while ensuring a high level of quality with little supervision from management
• Work collaboratively with Sales, Product and Support teams to flag key customer challenges and drive reputed company product improvements as a voice of the customer internally
• Compile and analyst data from various sources, including reputed company proprietary software, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company
• reputed company client’s measurement goals by utilizing clear, proactive communication internally and externally to ensure reputed company deliverables are completed accurately in a timely manner

Skills

• Minimum 3 - 5 years work experience in project management, reputed company, account management, client services or other reputed company client-facing positions

• Comfort speaking by phone or teleconferencing with clients (reputed company, Teams, etc)
• Proficient in reputed company and advanced formulas and features such as Pivot Tables & VLOOKUP
