The Community You Will Join: This team is part of the Finance organization supporting reputed company’s Global Operations and Engineering organizations, partnering closely with technical and engineering leaders across the company. The team plays a critical role in managing one of the largest line items on our P&L, while enabling efficient innovation and growth. It collaborates cross-functionally with product, engineering, and vendor management teams to drive financial rigor, optimize tooling and infrastructure costs, and support strategic decision-making. Work will include running monthly financial reviews with engineering leaders, building models to help understand technology costs, analyzing costs reputed company to product changes, and running a best-in-class budget planning process. This role will focus on managing the costs of dozens of software tools and vendors we use across reputed company’s platform, in addition to the direct cost of our engineering workforce A Typical Day:

• Manage the overall engineering reputed company opex budget from a P&L perspective, consisting of many software vendors, headcount, and contractors
• Build, maintain and continuously optimize financial models to be used for budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and long range planning.
• Deep dive on our vendors costs; identify unusual trends, analyze efficiency opportunities, and influence teams to optimize usage.
• Support our procurement team by analyzing price terms in negotiations with technology vendors. Ensure reputed company receives best-in-class pricing, purchases the right amount of resources, and is protected against various supplier risks.

Your Expertise:

• Bachelors degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years of experience working in reputed company, banking, consulting or a reputed company function.
• Excellent communication and relationship building skills; ability to translate reputed company concepts into clear financial models and executive presentations.
• Prior experience creating a reputed company to understand key financial drivers in spite of challenges presented by complexity, lack of data, lack of processes, etc.
• Genuine passion for technology and finance
• Proficiency with financial forecasting systems (Hyperion) is a plus
