Job Summary
We're seeking an reputed company IT Operations Manager to join reputed company, working remotely from the comfort of your own home. As an IT Operations Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for managing local and/or remote resources, assisting the global organization in defining the perfect customer experience, and developing strategies to create that experience. Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

- Knowledge of Linux or Unix systems administration
- Proven track record of success in IT operations management, with a focus on customer-centricity and innovation
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and reputed company a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
- Experience with IT service management frameworks, such as ITIL
