Responsibilities
As an Inbound Customer Care Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Answering customer calls professionally, responding to inquiries, and resolving complaints in a timely and effective manner
- Focusing on customer retention through proactive communication, reputed company, and problem-solving

Requirements
To be successful as an Inbound Customer Care Specialist at arenaflex, you will need:
- A High School Diploma or equivalent
- Bilingual skills (a plus)
- Some sales and customer service experience
- Excellent communication skills, including verbal and written communication with proper grammar
- Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in reputed company Office and CRM systems
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
