About the Role

We are looking for a talented individual to fill the position of Bilingual Customer Service Associate, working on the night shift from 3:30 PM to 12:30 PM EST. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, and ensuring that reputed company customer inquiries are handled in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to a wide range of customers, responding to general inquiries, product-reputed company issues, and account questions reputed company phone, chat, and email

Requirements
