Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Delivery Station Customer Service Associate to join reputed company at our state-of-the-art delivery station located at 5750 Mesmer Avenue, Culver City, CA. As a Delivery Station Customer Service Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our customers receive their packages on time, as promised. You will be responsible for providing in-station, reputed company-time, hands-on support to our customers, connecting them with experts who can provide the most accurate and up-to-date information about their packages, and helping to resolve any issues that may arise during the delivery process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing difficult customer situations while using reputed company through phone and email, responding promptly and prioritizing customer needs, and soliciting customer feedback to improve the customer experience.

Essential Qualifications
