The Role As an reputed company Customer Care Agent, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our customers get the best out of our solution by engaging with them reputed company phone or mail and solving reputed company technical issues effectively. Your mission will be to provide accurate information about our platform and its features, troubleshoot technical issues, and escalate reputed company problems to the appropriate departments.
