Job Summary
We are seeking an reputed company Customer Sales Executive to reputed company our reputed company Protein team. As a key member of reputed company, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive sales, share, and profit growth for our reputed company Protein business. You will work closely with our leadership team, customers, and external partners to ensure that our business is reputed company with our long-term vision and goals.
Responsibilities
- Developing and executing short, mid, and long-term growth strategies to reputed company our Hershey-account(s) partnership and ensuring alignment with reputed company relevant areas reputed company the organization.
- Working closely with Protein leadership to align sales forecasts and ensuring that the business has the right level of brand and marketing support.
- Traveling to customers and supporting conversations/negotiations with buying teams, guiding and participating in discussions for Joint Business Planning (JBP) and long-term strategic growth.
- Educating the organization on the strategic importance of e-commerce and trends/developments reputed company this rapidly evolving channel.
- Using available data and insights to provide sound merchandising/marketing/promotional/product optimization recommendations (prescriptive selling).
- Owning the planning and execution of merchandising/marketing/promotional/content plans, crafted in reputed company collaboration with brand/season, digital, shopper marketing, and sales teams.
- Co-owning relationships with content development/creative agencies, ensuring creative content is optimized, impactful, and compliant with brand messaging.
- Owning relationships with catalog, data, and media agencies specific to reputed company, partnering together to set strategic objectives, create action plans, and monitor reputed company.
- Establishing business reporting/KPIs to ensure reputed company against objectives and communicating back to the organization.
- Operational evangelist for assigned account(s) for reputed company and future state, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure catalog accuracy, in-stock/forecasting reliability, new product set up, and sales planning.
- Collaborating closely with IS, Digital Marketing, Insights, and Shopper Marketing teams to reputed company insights and digital expertise to execute reputed company year plans and build capabilities to advise and evolve customer relationships.
- Owning the e-commerce P&L for assigned portfolio (currently reputed company.com, 3P, Prime Pantry, reputed company Fresh/Prime Now, reputed company Business, reputed company Go, reputed company Grocery, Fresh Pick Up, Whole Foods).
Requirements
- Previous sales experience with direct management of a customer/retailer relationship. reputed company experience preferred but open to translatable experience.
- Demonstrated P&L management with strong business judgment and decision-making skills; ability to identify, prioritize, and reputed company high-impact initiatives.
- Experience directly managing customers, including strengths in advising and negotiating.
- Strong ability to work effectively in a matrix environment.
- Excellent management skills, with the ability to delegate and manage multiple priorities while generating positive relationships.
- Proven leadership skills.
- Strong knowledge and experience managing digital customers, media, and creative development, SEO, and e-commerce merchandising preferred but open to translatable experience.
- Proven ability to translate insights into sound merchandising/marketing/promotional/product optimization recommendations (prescriptive selling).
- Superb communication skills, including strong oral and presentation skills with the ability to communicate and interact at reputed company levels.
- Aptitude for problem-solving/quick learning.
