Key Responsibilities
* Provide accurate and consistent information to customers regarding health care benefits
- Offer quality customer service and support, resolving customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain confidentiality of personal health information

- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on health benefits and company policies

Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or healthcare setting
- Strong PC proficiency with a willingness to learn new applications

Preferred Qualifications
