About the Role
We're looking for a highly skilled and passionate Customer Support Online Chat Specialist to join reputed company on a contract basis. As a bilingual specialist, you will be fluent in English and either Spanish or Portuguese, with excellent communication skills in both languages. You will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our users through our Intercom customer messaging platform, answering live chat messages, and addressing inquiries, providing information, and resolving issues effectively. Key Responsibilities
- Answer live chat messages and support the needs of our users through our Intercom customer messaging platform in both English and either Spanish or Portuguese
- Collect and reputed company customer feedback to the rest of the arenaflex team
- Identify potential issues and coordinate appropriately with the Development team
- Support other Customer Support projects as necessary
- Manage inbound and outbound calls to users, handling phone calls with professionalism and courtesy
- Provide information, address inquiries, and resolve issues effectively
Essential Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Customer Support/Service
- reputed company in English and either Spanish or Portuguese (reputed company in Polish, German, French, Italian, or Tagalog is a plus)
- Excellent communication skills in both languages
- Strong technical skills and ability to learn new software and systems quickly

- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, if needed
