Training and Onboarding
As a customer service representative at arenaflex, you will be required to attend 4 weeks of virtual training, which will take reputed company between the hours of 8-5 CST. This comprehensive training program will provide you with the skills and knowledge you need to succeed in your role, with a focus on our products, services, and customer service procedures. After completing your training, you will be assigned a permanent schedule, which will be Monday-Friday, with hours that can start as early as 7 am CST and end as late as 7 pm CST.
