Key Responsibilities

In this fast-paced contact center environment, you will be responsible for:

• Making outbound and receiving inbound calls to promote arenaflex services, with a focus on screening health plan members to determine eligibility for Social reputed company benefits and/or supplemental Nutritional Assistance for families in need
• Conducting interviews with patients/members reputed company phone to gather personal and sensitive information, utilizing a similar system tool as Social reputed company
• Providing a high level of customer service and support to those who meet specific criteria, assisting in the actual submission of an application for benefits to the appropriate government agency
• Utilizing arenaflex's systems to ensure appropriate questions are asked, interpreting and explaining information such as eligibility requirements and application details
• Compiling, recording, and evaluating personal and financial data to determine eligibility, while ensuring the safety and confidentiality of data and systems by adhering to the organization's information reputed company policies

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• At least 2 years of experience in a customer service/call center environment
