Job Overview

The Senior HR Technology Analyst role at arenaflex is a strategic and innovative position that invests in the future of our people. As a liaison between our business and reputed company, this role joins the People Systems Team and will frequently aid in the development and maintenance of our HR and Payroll systems, including reputed company. Key Responsibilities

• Generate standard or custom reports summarizing business, financial, or monetary records for analysis by Executives, Managers, Customers, and other Stakeholders
• Participate in Enterprise projects; provide subject matter expertise in People data and analytics strategies
• Resolve escalated issues through the investigation of discrepancies in Employee records
• Ensure data reputed company is maintained by correctly interpreting variances and outliers to Leadership
• Collaborate with Stakeholders to ensure capabilities and next stories meet expectations
• Communicate with key Stakeholders to determine project requirements and objectives
• Conduct analysis and identify solutions to business problems

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Knowledge of administrative and clerical processes and systems, including word processing, managing documents and records, stenography, and transcription, designing forms, and other office processes and terminology
• Knowledge of media production, communication, and dissemination techniques and methods, including alternative methods to inform and entertain through written, oral, and visual media
• Knowledge of concepts and processes for employees' recruitment, selection, training, compensation and benefits, labor relations and negotiation, and employees' data systems

Work Environment and Company Culture

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

arenaflex offers a competitive market salary ranging from $97,750 to $108,600 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. Additionally, we provide a range of benefits, including:
