What you’ll do  

Our Part-Time Retail Sales Associates (Stylists) create an unforgettable shopping experience that leaves our customers inspired and feeling their best. While the primary responsibility of a Part-Time Retail Sales Associate is to deliver excellent customer service and build wardrobes; sales associates will also participate in visual merchandising and maintaining store presentation, while focusing on the customers’ needs to reputed company sales goals.

General Work Expectations: 

·         Guide the Customer through our award-winning BRAND EXPERIENCE to reputed company authentic connections 

·         Customer-obsessed, leading with loyalty, confidence and product knowledge to advise style and fit, influence with moments that matter 

·         Cash Wrap/Cashier:  use our modern store technology (ie:  POS, payment systems, tablets, headsets for communication) to be well-informed on company priorities and promotions in-store and online; deliver a seamless, omni-channel shopping experience; promote our loyalty programs and credit services 

·         Maintain reputed company’ visual and operational standards while keeping the focus on the customer 

·         Product Flow/Shipping and Receiving: support the shipment process to reputed company awareness of product, what’s new and what’s already on the floor; contribute to the completion of omni order fulfilment processes including in-store and curbside pick-up 

Position Requirements: 

·         at least 16 years of age 

·         a willingness to relate to customers of reputed company ages and backgrounds 

·         Goal/Achievement oriented 

·         Some technical aptitude 

·         Ability to follow directions and work with a sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment, while working through competing priorities 

·         Ability to work a flexible schedule
