Responsibilities
As an Overnight Call Center Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Assisting clients by gathering accurate information and connecting them with an Interpreter over the phone
- Handling high-volume calls with a pleasant and efficient demeanor
- Providing exceptional customer service that exceeds client expectations
- Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information
- Collaborating with a diverse team to reputed company shared goals and objectives
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A personal computer with a working camera and internet reputed company (required for remote work during the Covid-19 pandemic)
- Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven success in a previous customer service/call center position
- Ability to work remotely in emergency situations
