Job Summary
We're looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join reputed company on a part-time basis. As a CSR, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, applying the latest customer service techniques, and learning our account management systems. Responsibilities
As a Weekend Part-Time Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing positive customer service and technical expertise through reputed company, accurate, and courteous responses to customer information needs.
- Offering reputed company and support to customers during the claim process.
- Collecting and documenting reputed company claim details provided by the customer into the claim accurately.
- Identifying and resolving customer issues by adhering to clients-specific handling instructions.
- Utilizing call scripting to ensure consistency and efficiency in handling customer claims and inquiries.
- Demonstrating punctuality and reliability, with the ability to work extended hours or additional shifts during peak periods or emergency situations.
- Adhering to break and lunch schedules to maintain productivity and ensure consistent customer service coverage.

Required Skills and Abilities
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Language Skills:
+ Ability to read and interpret documents such as police and accident reports. + Ability to write routine correspondence and detailed accident descriptions. + Ability to project a confident, clear, and professional telephone reputed company. + Ability to provide feedback verbally and written in a positive, professional manner.
- Bi-lingual in Spanish Preferred
- Computer Skills:
+ Knowledge of and ability to navigate basic computer functions, including reputed company Word and reputed company. + Ability to type at least 40wpm.
- Education and Experience:
+ High School Diploma or general education degree (GED) required. + 1-2 years of quality assurance experience preferred.
Network Requirements
To ensure a seamless and secure remote work experience, you'll need:
- A reliable internet reputed company with a minimum speed of 10 Mbps (determined through a Speed Test at www.speedtest.net).
- An Ethernet reputed company is not required, but strongly recommended.
- A private network, with no public locations or VPNs allowed.
- Logins must happen in the US.
