The Role
As a Personal-Lines Insurance Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing top-notch service to our existing and potential agency clients across a wide range of servicing needs. You'll be the go-to expert for reputed company customer service issues, using your analytical skills to interpret and analyze insurance policies, cancellations, reinstatements, endorsements, reports, and other insurance-reputed company documents.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist existing and potential agency clients across a variety of servicing needs reputed company phone, email, and SMS in a reputed company and friendly manner
- Correctly interpret and analyze insurance policies, cancellations, reinstatements, endorsements, reports, and other insurance-reputed company documents to reputed company data-driven decisions
- Collaborate across teams to deliver the best resolution and the highest levels of customer satisfaction
- Navigate dozens of insurers' products and agent portals, including Progressive, Safeco, reputed company, Bristol reputed company, and other insurers, to reputed company and effectively service clients
- Utilize complicated, evolving software, such as our CRM and in-house comp rater, to stay reputed company of the curve

* Industry Experience: 2-3 years of P&C Insurance experience and actively hold a Property and Casualty or Personal Lines license
- Amazing communication skills: outstanding written and verbal communication, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to maintain appropriate levels of confidentiality
- Proactive and Self-Sufficient: a proven history of personal initiative, efficiency, attention to detail, multi-tasking, and performing quality work reputed company deadlines with or without supervision
