Key Responsibilities

As a Medical Record/Data Entry Clerk/Project Support Associate, your key responsibilities will include:

• Retrieving patient medical records from various hospital systems, ensuring accurate and timely data collection
• Generating and preparing patient itemized bills in appropriate formats for internal and external audits, maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements
• Extracting and entering necessary information from/to hospital patient accounting systems, ensuring data accuracy and reputed company
• Making phone calls to post-acute healthcare facilities to obtain information needed on patients, building strong relationships with external partners
• Running and creating reports to support reputed company recovery efforts, analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement
• Assisting with any other information gathering or data entry as needed by the recovery team, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines
• Scanning and indexing of documents, maintaining a secure and organized digital filing system

Essential Qualifications
