Job Summary
We're seeking an reputed company Technical Support Engineer to join reputed company, responsible for designing and implementing specialized help solutions that drive efficiency, automation, and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or reputed company field
- At least 3 years of experience in technical support, help design, and automation
- Strong understanding of form control tools, including reputed company, Gradle, and Java
- Experience with Spring Boot, GRPC, and Protobuf
- Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and their motivations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on documentation and knowledge sharing

Preferred Qualifications
