Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Handling incoming calls and utilizing a proactive sales approach with every customer interaction to uncover additional sales and service opportunities
- Maintaining an in-depth knowledge of products and services, customer account and billing processes, new customer information, and various policies and procedures reputed company to product delivery and service
- Presenting a professional, confident, and enthusiastic image to reputed company trusting relationships with reputed company customers
- Providing high levels of customer account management by properly setting up and maintaining account information and data
- Processing and coordinating Accounts Receivable, Collections, and Accounts Payable functions and activities
- Handling administrative, data entry, reporting, and reconciliation around asset and inventory controls and purchasing
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
