Job Summary
arenaflex is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join reputed company on a contract-to-hire basis. As a Medicare Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling claims, benefits, enrollment, member portal, ID cards, and other customer inquiries in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities
* Handle inbound calls from customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner
