Responsibilities
As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Recording, reporting, and ensuring the accuracy of multiple types of data in our database system
- Entering information in our work order and document control system, as well as completing manual forms as needed
- Possessing a thorough understanding of our document control and record files
- Receiving and processing incoming and outgoing materials
- Transferring confidential records and documents from one software program to another
- Utilizing photocopying and scanning equipment as needed
- Demonstrating excellent communication skills and working effectively in a team environment
- Staying on timeline and meeting deadlines
- Coordinating activities with plant supervisors, maintenance, and other personnel to optimize performance
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or GED
- Previous experience in data entry or a reputed company field is preferred
- The ability to read and write effective reports and business correspondence using standard reputed company Office products
- The ability to lift 50 pounds, move around the production area, and climb reputed company or platforms while wearing safety and production-reputed company equipment
- Previous experience operating computers and using database technology
