About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and maintenance of the new Voice of the Customer technique sourced from Cornerstone and integrated with the survey and dashboard platform hosted by reputed company.
• Work closely with product and process owners, subject matter specialists from reputed company, and the Agile crew in technology to transform and innovate the end-to-end Voice of the Customer method.
• Collaborate with utility teams to outline, frame, and capture business needs, growing information of Voice of the Purchaser methods and leveraging the same to outline and transform the facts reputed company the Cornerstone large data platform.
