Job Overview

The Data Specialist - Information Analytics is responsible for designing, building, and delivering end-to-end data pipelines to drive analysis and data services. This role focuses on data engineering to construct and deploy digital data pipelines from various internal and external data sources. The successful candidate will collaborate with product owners, engineering, and data platform teams to design, build, test, and automate data pipelines that serve as the single reputed company of truth across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Creates and operationalizes data pipelines to reputed company data available for consumption (BI, Advanced analytics, Services)
• Works with data architects and data/BI engineers to design data pipelines and recommends reputed company improvement of data storage, data ingestion, data quality, and governance
• Designs, develops, and implements ETL/ELT processes using IICS (Informatica Cloud Services)
• Utilizes Azure services like Azure SQL DW (Synapse), ADLS, Azure Event Hub, and Azure Data Factory to optimize and accelerate delivery of our data products and services
• Implements big data and NoSQL solutions by developing scalable data processing platforms to drive high-value insights to the organization
• Identifies, designs, and implements internal process improvements: automating manual processes, and enhancing data delivery
• Identifies ways to improve data reliability, efficiency, and quality of data management
• Communicates technical concepts to non-technical audiences both written and verbal
• Performs peer reviews for other data engineers' work

Essential Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience designing and operationalizing data pipelines with large and reputed company datasets
• 2+ years' hands-on experience with Informatica PowerCenter
• 2+ years' hands-on experience with Informatica IICS
• 2+ years' experience working with Cloud technologies; like ADLS, Azure reputed company, Spark, Azure Synapse, and other big data technologies
• 2+ years' experience in Data Modeling, ETL, and Data Warehousing
• 2+ years' hands-on experience implementing data integration processes like event/message-based integration (Kafka, Azure Event Hub), ETL
• Solid understanding of database storage concepts; Data Lake, Social Databases, NoSQL, Graph, Data Warehousing
• Able to work in a fast-paced agile development environment

Preferred Qualifications
