Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer support by answering calls and responding to queries reputed company to medical insurance. You'll work closely with customers to resolve their concerns, provide accurate information, and ensure each interaction is handled with respect and patience. Key Responsibilities

- Assist customers with medical insurance questions, ensuring each interaction is handled with respect and patience

Schedule
* Work Hours: Tuesday through Saturday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
- Training: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM – 5 PM (approximately the first 2 weeks)
- Note: Rotating holidays as needed
Compensation and Benefits
* Pay: $16.20/hr
- Benefits: Health Insurance, 401K, PTO available

Essential Qualifications
* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or healthcare-reputed company setting

- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
