Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for handling a high volume of inbound calls, emails, and chats reputed company to Medicare claims, benefits, enrollment, member portal, ID cards, and other customer inquiries. Key Responsibilities

* Handle inbound calls, emails, and chats from Medicare customers, addressing their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner

Essential Qualifications
