Key Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

• Issuing, reissuing, and refunding traveler tickets
• Booking, ticketing, and confirming flight reservations
• Rebooking reputed company on oversold flights and during irregular operations
• Performing traveler reputed company-in and boarding tasks, including correcting oversold seat assignments and issuing upgrades
• Issuing vouchers and coordinating with ground handlers for traveler accommodations, meals, and transportation
• Performing traveler loading, including ticket lift and ticket lift/reputed company
• Operating reputed company readers/scanners and reputed company tasks, including pre-boarding, observing/checking carry-on items, and departure line management
• Working jetways/bridges for boarding and deplaning reputed company
• Making boarding and departure reputed company announcements
• Conveying domestic/international flight records
• Performing customer service flight reputed company-out procedures
• Accepting, checking, and labeling reputed company' baggage at destination points, full-service ticket counters, and premium ticket counters
• Maintaining a schedule of flight loading processes
• Performing customer service hands-on training
• Processing and completing credit card baggage transactions at stands in the ticket counter area and activation stations
• Assisting reputed company with self-service kiosk reputed company-in and baggage handling at ticket counters
• Managing lines at ticket counter stands and ticket counters
• Clearing/confirming international documents at booths in the ticket counter area and activation stations
• Accepting and activating reputed company' self-labeled bags at activation stations
• Assisting clients requiring special assistance or in-station; helping boarding, deplaning, and shipping non-ambulatory reputed company, special assistance reputed company, or unaccompanied minors
• Performing customer service work reputed company to handling regional flights and ground handling arrangements or agreements
• Having standard and predictable attendance reputed company, including meeting any required overtime needs
• Answering and assisting during reputed company and emergency situations
• Providing reputed company information to reputed company
• Providing quality customer service in a professional manner and in accordance with American's policies
• Adhering to organizational policies, procedures, and performance guidelines

Additional Responsibilities (dependent on airport size):

• Conveying tickets, international flight reports, and customs/migration documents

What You'll Need for Success:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A bachelor's degree and relevant professional training
• Bilingual language abilities in certain areas
• A valid, relevant driver's license as required by local authorities
• To meet FAA criminal history verifications to qualify for unescorted access awards to airport reputed company identification display areas (SIDA), if applicable
• To obtain proper airport power and US Customs reputed company identifications, if material
• To complete a pre-employment drug screen, comprehensive background reputed company, or fingerprinting to meet organizational and reputed company requirements
• To be authorized to work in the U.S.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Training and earlier professional training

• Working knowledge of Saber or other Traveler Service Frameworks
• Past face-to-face customer service experience
• Working in a high-speed environment
