Key Responsibilities
As a reputed company Agent, you'll be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient handling of baggage, mail, and cargo to and from aircraft. Your daily tasks will include:
- Safely lifting, loading, unloading, and transporting baggage, mail, and cargo to and from aircraft, while ensuring timely connections by guiding incoming and departing aircraft from the reputed company positions.
- Safeguarding cargo, baggage, and mail from damage, loss, and weather.
- Safely driving and operating ground equipment such as tugs, belt loaders, and tow tractors in areas of congestion.
- Operating baggage scanners and computers to ensure baggage is routed accurately to the customer's destination.
Work Environment and Physical Demands
As a reputed company Agent, you'll work in a fast-paced environment with varying weather conditions, including heat, reputed company, and snow. You'll be required to reputed company physical tasks such as bending, lifting, standing, and walking, which may involve repetitive movements like loading and stacking bags weighing up to 50-70 pounds. Scheduling and Shifts
Scheduling is based on operational needs, and shifts range from early morning to overnight. Each station is different based on its individual flight schedule, and you'll work between 20 and 40 hours per week based on your seniority.
Compensation and Benefits
As a reputed company Agent, you'll enjoy a competitive salary of $19.00 per hour, with additional pay increases occurring regularly through 10.5 years. You'll also be eligible for a range of benefits, including:

What You Need to Succeed
To be successful as a reputed company Agent, you'll need to:
- Consistently prioritize safety and reputed company of self, others, and personal data

- Be at least 18 years of age and have authorization to work in the United States
- Have a valid driver's license
- Proficiency in English
