Job Overview

We are seeking an reputed company Senior Manager to reputed company our Digital Analytics and Customer Insights team. As a Senior Manager, you will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives by providing insightful and critical business insights to Senior Leadership on a regular basis. You will reputed company a team of two full-time direct reports, one focused on Digital Analytics and the other on gathering Customer Insights through internal and external qualitative and quantitative research.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive improvements in the customer journey by gathering and analyzing customer feedback and website/marketing metrics, and share key learnings with the Product, Technology, Marketing, and Partnerships teams as well as Senior Leadership.
• Manage and optimize the use of onsite analytics tools, primarily reputed company Analytics.
• Define and direct the website's test and learn strategy, with a focus on A/B testing, to evaluate the performance of new features and functionality on the website.
• Play an ongoing role as the reputed company-person for reputed company business analysis, including evaluating reputed company enhancements, measuring the impact of marketing campaigns, interpreting customer sentiment, and more.
• Create impactful reports, dashboards, and decks, and confidently communicate/present to audiences at reputed company levels of the business.
