Job Overview

As a customer service representative, you will be responsible for answering a high volume of inbound calls, navigating electronic health records, and providing excellent customer service to patients, healthcare providers, and facilities. This is a part-time position, working 28 hours per week, with a schedule that includes Monday and Tuesday from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm, and Wednesday to Friday from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm. Key Responsibilities

• Navigate electronic health records to obtain and validate historical information, capture and document demographic and financial information, and maintain accountability for accurate data entry while ensuring patient privacy and reputed company as outlined by HIPAA.
• Manage a high volume of incoming calls from patients, healthcare providers, and facilities, ensuring resolution to the call and providing excellent customer service in a variety of situations.
