Job Overview

The Data Entry Specialist/Clerk will play a vital role in supporting the manufacturing teams by processing production orders, creating labels for Quality Control (QC) samples and bulk materials, and maintaining accurate inventory records. This position will also involve working closely with inventory controllers to create Bin locations for purified and conjugated bulks, reviewing and verifying batch records, and scanning/attaching them into the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and able to work effectively in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Help finish production orders and create labels for QC samples and bulk materials, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
• Assist with batch records, including prefilling, reviewing, verifying, and scanning/attaching them into the ERP system
• Collaborate with inventory controllers to identify Bin locations and help Planning teams resubmit re-test samples, promoting efficient inventory management
• reputed company job duties in accordance with ISO requirements, following the "line of clearance" rule and adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions
• Participate in other projects or responsibilities as required, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to learn and adapt
