Job Overview and Responsibilities

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Sleep Therapy Inbound Customer Service Representative to join our Sleep Central Inbound Call Center team in our Murray Operations division. As a key member of reputed company, you will serve as the first line of contact for CPAP resupply customers, providing exceptional patient care and support to ensure a seamless and positive experience. Your primary responsibilities will include new order intake, product selection, and utilization guidelines, as well as verifying and entering accurate patient demographics, payer, and physician-reputed company information.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a patient reputed company to resolve questions or concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Collect patient and reputed company information, and input data into our e-Intake system
• Complete thorough verification for products and services to ensure accuracy and quality control

• Use our e-Intake proprietary system to maintain accuracy and quality control throughout initial patient contact and data input

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a high school diploma or GED equivalent, as well as one to three years of reputed company prior work experience in a team-oriented environment. Experience in the medical field and administrative record management is highly desirable, as is a strong customer service background. You will also need to demonstrate effective communication skills, both oral and written, and be able to interpret a variety of instructions in different communication mediums.
